The method

How a job ad becomes your warmest lead.

01 / read

We read your territory's hiring wire

The public hiring wire for your territory, read every week. Most of it is noise — that's the point. The job is finding the handful of postings that mean a company is about to spend, before anyone calls them.

02 / score

A 7-factor rubric scores the buying moment

Signal type, recency, seniority, size fit, corroboration, hiring velocity, repostings. Every company carries a 0–100 score and the breakdown that built it. A posting makes the bar or it doesn't.

03 / verify

Two-stage verification before anything ships

Nothing ships on a single read. A second, stronger reviewer re-examines every item and checks the evidence quote verbatim against the source. What fails is cut — never padded. Verified ×2

The Monday edition

What lands in your inbox.

One email, Monday 07:00 local. 10–15 scored companies in your territory, each carrying six things — in this order. Subscribers work it like a call sheet.

Build and manage the marketing technology stack including HubSpot, CMS platform, future CRM systemsFrom the company's public job posting.

Why it matters

the company is hiring a Director to own and build their HubSpot-based martech stack, signaling active investment in marketing ops where an agency could accelerate setup and optimization.

Suggested angle

Saw you're building out your HubSpot stack at the company — most teams at that scale hit configuration debt fast; that's exactly where we help.

The subscriber edition names the company, links the posting, and adds 1–2 decision-maker contacts. Removed here — we don't publish anyone's pipeline in the open.

Territories

One agency per territory owns the exclusive seat.

Up to three agencies hold shared seats in a territory; exactly one can own it outright. When seats are gone, they're gone — cancelling releases the seat to the next agency in line. Availability below is live.

Questions

Asked and answered.

Where does the data come from?

Public sources only. We monitor public job postings and hiring pages — material your prospects have already chosen to publish. We respect robots.txt and source terms, we don't scrape LinkedIn, and we store business contact data only — no personal or sensitive data. The exact sourcing mix is part of the method, so we don't itemize it publicly.

How does exclusivity actually work?

Each territory carries at most 3 Market Intelligence seats, or exactly 1 Exclusive Territory seat. If you hold the exclusive seat, nobody else in your territory gets the digest — and if you cancel, the seat releases to the next agency in line, including competitors. If a territory is ever split, existing exclusive subscribers keep their original footprint, in writing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are monthly, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and the trial is 14 days with no card required. Annual prepay (2 months free) is optional, never default.

Why not just use ZoomInfo or Apollo?

They sell raw data to data teams; we sell Monday-morning decisions to agency owners. You don't get a database to filter — you get 10–15 scored, twice-verified companies in your territory with the evidence, the read, and a suggested first line. One converted signal pays for years of the subscription.

Which ecosystems do you cover?
