Every territory has exactly one exclusive seat.
One agency per territory owns the exclusive seat; up to 3 hold shared seats. When seats are gone, they're gone — cancelling releases the seat to the next agency in line. Availability below is live. Exclusive seats are first-come.

How territory seats work
What happens when a territory fills up?
It closes. We cap at 3 shared seats (or 1 exclusive) so the signals stay valuable — a lead everyone has is a lead nobody has. New subscribers wait for a seat to release.
Can someone take my exclusive seat?
Only if you cancel. While you subscribe, the territory is yours alone — no shared seats, no second exclusive. If you cancel, the seat releases to the next agency in line, including competitors.
What if a territory is split later?
If demand ever justifies splitting a territory (say, US West into California and the Pacific Northwest), existing exclusive subscribers keep their original footprint. That commitment goes in your terms in writing.
My territory says “opening soon” — when?
Territories go live as coverage is established in each. Email us from the card above and you'll be first in line when yours opens — waitlist position is first-come.
